Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BDC Pros, LLC and Integrium Corp, together with their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Integrium Connect application available at fin-connect.integrium.cloud(the “Service”). It applies to data we process when you connect and use third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Plaid.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information from QuickBooks Online

When you connect a QuickBooks Online company, you authorize us, through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 authorization, to access accounting data associated with that company. Depending on the features you use, this may include company profile information (such as company name, legal name, and country), and accounting records such as customers, invoices, and related financial data. We access this data only to provide the Service’s features.

1.2 Information from Plaid

When you connect a financial institution through Plaid, we receive tokens and the financial data you permission, which may include account balances, account and routing details, transactions, liabilities, and income-related information. We do not receive or store your online banking credentials; those are handled by Plaid.

1.3 Authorization Tokens

To maintain your connections, we store access and refresh tokens issued by Intuit and Plaid, along with identifiers such as the QuickBooks realmId and Plaid item identifiers. We do not store your QuickBooks or bank passwords.

1.4 Technical and Usage Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate the Service, such as log data, request identifiers, and event records (including webhook notifications from connected services).

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data accessed from your connected services for advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information only as follows:

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit. Access tokens and sensitive records are restricted to the systems and personnel that require them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain connection data and tokens for as long as your connection is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a service, we revoke the associated tokens and delete the stored connection for that service. We may retain limited records as required for legal, audit, or security purposes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can disconnect any connected service at any time from within the Service or from the connected service’s settings, which revokes our access. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@integrium.cloud.

7. International Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
